These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us via our website, over the phone, at a live-event, or in any other manner.

At Zepeda Media, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality programs, books, and premium value offers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.

Disclaimer

All our educational and informational programs and services are aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your life or your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. In fact, we are providing our informational programs and services to you as just that: information.

You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result. Furthermore, any testimonials of other students in our programs are no guarantee of your own success but simply provided as examples of what others are doing.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, please contact [email protected]. Note, however, we do not accept returns on any of our products or services.

CHANNEL TO CASH CHALLENGE REFUND POLICY

VIP Tier ($297) - Eligible for Refunds

We want you to get the most value from our challenge! If you attended and participated fully but still feel it wasn’t worth it, you may request a refund after the challenge concludes on Friday. To qualify, you must:

-Attend every day with your camera turned on.

-Complete all assigned homework.

-Submit your completed homework through the refund request form.

Non-Refundable Tiers

-General Admission ($97): Refunds are not available for General Admission tickets.

-Platinum Tickets: These tickets are non-refundable as they include live engagement and Q&A opportunities.

Exceptions:

If you accidentally purchased a challenge ticket as part of a book upsell or downsell, a refund may be issued before the challenge begins.

If you purchased a ticket on the first day of the challenge week after 11 AM EST and do not wish to join the next month’s challenge, you may request a refund,

PREMIUM VALUE OFFERS REFUND POLICY

$2000 Deposits – No Refunds

- Deposits made toward Premium Value Offers are non-refundable.

- However, the deposit can be applied as a credit toward another program.

Other Payments:

-Wire Transfers, ACH Payments, and other program fees follow the No Refunds, No Exceptions rule

Name and Likeness Permission & Release

You agree if that if you attend an event live or online you give us permission to audio and video record and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photograph of you at the event for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed.

You irrevocably grant to us the rights to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment and without the ability to review the final product.


Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.

When You Buy from an Affiliate

We make no representations of any kind as to the products and services of any of our affiliates. Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate is subject to the affiliate’s own terms and conditions.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic or other event outside of our reasonable control.
